REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At CLYNN MODE, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers

  • Innerwear, socks, or accessories (if applicable)

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Products showing signs of wear, wash, or damage after delivery


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at assist@clynnmode.com within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Mention your Order ID and attach clear images or videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Exchange is allowed once per order

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • We will resolve the issue through replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable


7. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping will be covered by CLYNN MODE only in case of defective or incorrect products

  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
